Please read these terms carefully before booking your stay with us.

1. Booking & Payments

  • ₹500/- Booking Amount: This fee is required to confirm your reservation and is strictly non-refundable if cancelled.
  • Valid government-issued ID is required for all guests at check-in.

2. House Rules

  • Check-in: 12:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Visitors: Not allowed.
  • Age Restriction: Minimum age 21 years.
  • Noise Curfew: Strictly after 10:00 PM.
  • Parties: Not allowed.
  • All types of wall and floor decorations are not allowed.

3. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Date Changes: Date changes are only permitted within 24 hours of booking.
  • Cancellations: Allowed only 48 hours before check-in. After that, full payment is required.

4. Payment & Utility Disclaimer

  • Payments: At check-in, standard payment methods (Cash, UPI, and cards) are accepted for the remaining room balance.
  • External Utilities: Please note that power supply utilities are managed by the government, and we cannot be held liable for external grid interruptions.
